wow... this is it!!!!

what might well be my last ever post on cruwysing through IT..... epic!!

I'm not actually not in class whilst i write this, i'm currently at home avoiding doing my dm IT assignment that is due today, and I saw that Chris posted at item and I thought that that was a good idea.

First of all i'd like to apologise for being slack and stopping writing these blogs, unfortunately classes became really busy and I just never found time to do it. So to all my faithful readers (if I actually had any) i'm very sorry but you'll get over it :P

Secondly I might just summarise the last term :P Well as you all may know in normal IT we all got to do whatever we liked for the assignment, I choose to make Tetris for the iPhone, Chris and sean made a game using games factory and reece and ryan created a flash game. This assignment is due today and most people I assume finished it.... I didn't. I have a pretty good reason; a) it was ridiculously hard b) I didn't have an iMac so I couldn't work on it at home. But still I'm pretty impressed with what I made!

Finally as this is my last post I'm going to thank a few people. First of all Mr Cruwys.... the best teacher ever :P He has put up with all of Sean and my crap, like writing a blog everyday and never doing work. He has always been there whenever we need to ask a question and he always seemed to know the answer (google), and has been great fun to talk to over the last three years. He has totally been the best teacher and I personally will miss him heaps *teary* :P

A big thanks goes out to my fellow classmates; especially sean and chris who always seem to put with me blurting out random sentences and expecting them to answer them, they have been a great help throughout IT and also amazing friends! Also to my other classmates that sit near me, Ryan, Reece, Josh, Rory, Ratesh, Justin and Rahul you've all been great! 

As well as this I thank Sam for not blocking blogger :P this totally wouldn't have been possible without you :P

And finally I thank Google. For providing us with all the answers in the word right at my doorstep!

The hack

hey HEY hey,

Well its friday, and we haven't made a journal since last friday, peter didn't end up getting me sex like everyone voted he should, instead he and chris got me Soul Calibur 4 which is equally as awesome.

Our assignments in DM are coming along nicely peter's layout looks pretty snazy, everyone is fairly impressed by it, and i have completed the inside and outside of my house, now i need to merge the two.
Normal IT is also coming along swimmingly, my beta version of my game is done and its not too bad, chris' game is far superior but we all expected as much, rory has a very Sarah Rees excuse on the losing of his USB and now need to start again. Lastly and peters IT assignment so far he has made some text scroll down a page, he did some really difficult coding to do it (copy & paste).

Not a great deal has happened this week, the continuence of the lunch time hack is about all thats happened, the group is actually starting to get pretty nice skills.

Well last weekend my party was a huge success everyone had a great time (especially rory), some cool presents i got were, a punching bag, 100 banana's, a knife, Soul Calibur 4, and fable 2 which i got the day before yesterday. ITS FRIGGIN' SCHWEET.

Suprise

wah wah wee waa,
Well this is in first period and we had my suprise party i was completly(completely) unaware of it went for about 30 seconds, which was enough time to have a drink of solo and eat a singular lolly that rahul brought. Reece and Aaron left their classes to make an appearance and realised that nothing was happening when they got here, so stole some of peter's drink and left.

On the note of the real work for the lesson, i got a(my) USB back so i could do work, but ... the computer keeps getting a general protection fault with the graphics card so all the work i do is useless so i need to change the graphics settings to be able to do anything next lesson.

Peter helped rahul with his normal it(I.T.) project and pointed out the fact he programs like Mr. De Rooy because he keep's trying to make objects in run time and wasting his life on bad programming.

Ryan also joined us for this lesson and continued on his normal I.T. as"SPACE"well and the realisation that he is using the same sprites as Anthony used last year in his flash project, coincidence? I think not.

Well i'm out of Goss except my birthday party is on tonight and everyone is invited, except those who aren't.

yes we're back, school is back and we're in dm IT... well its the second day back, i was going to write one yesterday but i coudn't think of anything to write about... it was really annoying, maybe it was because sean was away or something..... but he's back now so we're all ok!

today in class sean managed to do nothing all lesson, supposedly his USB "went to hell"... sounds like a sarah rees excuse to me, so he just sat around looking up random things.
oh and its october the 14th today and do you know what that means??? the new macbook pro from apple!!!!!!!!! how exciting!! so the announcement is like in 10 hours and its going to be the best ever!

sean spoke of his experiences in bathurst today... like why would you waste an entire weekend watching cars when you could instead be sitting at home playing computer games... like TF2 and guitar hero. i dunno... weirdo

hello all,

i keep trying to write my blog but whenever i start the bell goes so i have to give up... it's really annoying!!! and as i wrote that rahul just came over and ordered me to show him my GUI poker from last semester so now i have even less time to write this!! So the normal IT assignment is over!! It was due on thursday (we had friday off (mackillop day)) and one of the parts of the assignment is to get it live, which is convienient for all of you because then you can see our assignments... however only two groups did this.... me, chris and sean's group with our xlgames.awardspace.com and rory, reece and josh's but they won't give me their URL, but you can all marvel at our amazing website anyway. So the new assignment for normal IT is to do whatever we like!... so that means that now i can do whatever in both IT classes... i decided to create an application for the iPhone... chris and sean are yet to decide still and reece is creating a flash game. Mr cruwys is in his funeral attire again today... with his black shirt and black tie... oh and he also got to stand up in front of assembly today!!! he was announcing the robocup results to the whole school but it was good because he didn't mention our abismal failure :( and rahul and his team is going to Perth this friday to go to the nationals which is very exciting for them.... and kinda depressing for us. Anyway the bell just went

hello all,

i'm in DM IT and yet again i haven't posted for a while, sorry about that it's been a bit busy but today in class me and sean have done some solid work so i got bored and decided to blog!!

So i've been counting down all lesson until midnight tonight when the apple conference is on in San Francisco where they will announce, the new iPod nano, iPod touch storage upgrades, iTunes 8 and the iPhone 2.1 upgrade!!! it's going to be so good and theres only 11 hours and 3 minutes to go!

I'd also like to admit to everyone today that i have folded..... i caved under the pressure of boredom on sunday night and i finally got a facebook account. I've decided to give it a clean slate as i started and try to forget everything i've ever said about it so you should all go find me and add me as friends :P

hello all,

reece has been buggin me to post here for a while now but i haven't been able to because the stupid computer admin here thinks its a good joke to disable my internet.... but it's ok because he's my brother and i can insult him and not get in trouble..... as well as this i haven't had a DM class since last friday because of the stupid AST that happned this week.

today me and sean marvelled at reece's handy work with his Iron cruwys picture, we reckon that the two pictures down the bottom left are definately the best. As well as this we discussed where chris is, supposedly according to sean he's at some eye place to see if he needs glasses but then i don't believe him because it's sean and i can see him telling me that just to see me go and talk to chris about it and then he'll be like wtf and i'll be embarrassed and then sean'll laugh at me. so i have a bit of a dilemma, wait i just wrote it here so he could read about it here and then laugh at me then.... but chris with glasses would be pretty funny, i just can't imagine him with glasses it'd just be weird.

we also replaced cruwys with the bin when he left to go to his office.. why you need to know that i'm unsure.

hello everyone,
it's last lesson on a wednesday and me and sean are sitting in dm IT doing some work on our major projects. I thought i might finish off the story of last lesson when me and chris were trying to fix our URL's, well what happened was that chris emailed awardspace and actually asked them what was going on, so they reply: "Please send us the URL's that aren't working" so chris tried to go to the URL and it worked and the only reason it didn't work before was because we didn't realise the URL was case sensitive.... so it was really embarrasing and so we were too afraid to email them back and tell them that we were wrong, and made a really amateur mistake. Really i blame chris because he's in charge of the xlgames subdomain and he's in charge of the folder that we were trying to link to so he should have made it with a lowercase U.

anyway.... me and sean have done some pretty solid work this lesson apart from when i was discussing the "hot doc" on SBS last night.... it was called "helvetica". It was all about the type face helvetica, how thrilling. so people were being interviewed about this font and you can see that they've spent their whole life revolving around this font, and how to tell the difference with it and other fonts.... they're so sad. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helvetica_(film) go check it out.... it's so depressing, some people REALLY need a life! and SBS even called it a hot doc??? why??? it isn't that hot at all...

BOSS FIRING TIPS

hello everyone,

it's last period on tuesday and it's time for normal IT!!! what a lesson its been, unfortunately it was matt's last ever class with us ;( he's leaving us to get a full time job with defence!! he's now a public servant, so me, chris and sean made a lovely program that opened up a text file like 200 times and then closed his explorer so he couldn't do anything anymore, and then the text file had our top 10 ways to get your boss fired so that you get promoted.... it was such a touching moment... the list is right here:

BOSS FIREING TIPS:
1. Claim they harrassed you
2. Claim they sexualy harrassed you
3. Claim they abused their children
4. Plant drugs on them
5. Nuke them
6. Start a fight and lose and say they beat you up
7. Ninja's
8. Take photo's of them doing illegal things
9. Make a false account in the kaymen islands and claim they were stealing
10. Tell authoritys that they are an illegal immagrant and get them deported

there were alot of grammatical issues because sean wrote the list....big mistake (they're in bold)
and then my mouse broke, well the story is that last lesson some stupid kids were in here and they messed up my computer, primarily my mouse, and so it moved really weird like... like i don't know what they did but it felt different. so we had to fix it. STORY OVER!!!

and now me and chris are trying to fix our xlgames.awardspace.com (which you should all go to) because the URL's link terribly and its really annoying... and sean as usual has done nothing.

HAPPY 100TH POST AGAIN!?!?!?!?

HAPPY 100TH POST AGAIN!?!?!?!?

there's been a bit of controversy over when the 100th post has actually occured!!! becuase in our dashboard it tells us how many posts we've written which it currently says is 107 however if you look down the right of this page you'll see our archive and it says that this is actually the 100th post, so whichever you believe we have finally reached the milestone!!!

i'm currently in normal IT and what a lesson it has been!! it was a double today and i was able to get the form i needed to create to register to our site and so now when they enter their data in incorrectly *required field pops up. The good thing about this website is that we actually have to go live so we've already got our subdomain name its..... http://xlgames.awardspace.com and currently my login page is there which no one can get past but if you want the username it's "sirnerdalot" and the password is "1234" however it's not working correctly so you'll still be denied and NO thats not my password in RL (real life)! chris hasn't had as much luck as me because he's been trying to set up a FTP server using dreamweaver and we can't connect to it.... sean finished his logo in photoshop and it looks pretty snazy.... does anyone use that word anymore?? oh well i'm a trend setter??

currently everyone is crowding around mr cruwys look at VNC which lets him looks at peoples computers on his own computer and they're all looking at me write my blog and its really annoying because they can't read my blog before i post it, its unfair.... i haven't proofread it yet!!!

we're in DM IT now and we're discussing seans trip to the nuclear power plant yesterday, he's trying to show us the 'plane shredder' a cage of titanium steel or something that if a plane flies into it gets shredded along with everyone inside.... it supposedly looks like this:

its pretty cool. i also reminisced thunderbirds, a really old show that was like really popular in the old country (england) back when i was a little child and the episode when the baddies try to cause a nucleur meltdown and so the thunderbirds have to come and save the day!!! wow those were good times! I also quizzed sean on the features of this plant.... like wether they get to see the uranium, or hold the uranium, play with the rod thingys, or get to slide down the side of the chimmney like in the simpsons, unfortunately he didn't get to do either of those and so i think that he got ripped off because why else would you want to go to a nucleur powerplant??? that was pretty much all i did this lesson.... yet again another productive lesson!!

the DM IT assignments are a go!! we have finally started the assignments after the last 4 weeks of stupid planning so now i get to start.... planning :( Yes, i still have to draw some data flow diagrams for my assignment so todays lesson was a bore again. sean looks like he did nothing all lesson except from play with his phone and to look up how many people have downloaded firefox 3. We both also had to start our "journal" (i'm writing a blog) on what we do each lesson for mr cruwys which is really wierd, because i'm so used to writing these that to write a blog for only one person is really wierd, but its a private blog so none of you will be able to read it!!

hello all,

it's monday morning and normal IT!! as per usual nothing has happened... well we brainstormed what our name shall be for our website.... it is..... "XL Games", we're not sure why we called it that but thats now our name. chris is just posting one of the possible logos for the website but its still in its beta stage.
wow... i just realised i haven't posted since wednesday... so much has happened... well actually the only thing thats happened was that during dm on friday me and sean tried to make a list of all the banned things on the internet, you know like "Gaming" and "Personal network storage" we got a pretty long list before mr cruwys found out... anyway we were trying to find one like emo or something so we googled "death" and the third one on the list was just what we wanted.... it was blocked for "Gruesome Content" and "Art/Culture/Heritage"??? WHAT?? why is something blocked for being art or culture or even heritage??? like your looking up something for history or something and then you hit this rejection page... suddenly a teacher walks up behind you and shouts.... WHAT? LOOKING UP YOUR HERITAGE??? HOW DARE YOU?!?!?! Thats like the worst block ever... anyway he's the complete list....

hello everyone,

it's DM IT again, our third for the week it's our last lesson of the day and we're all looking forward to the day off tomorrow... thats right, no school!! except for the year 11's that have AST practice... awwww poor things. yes tomorrow is moderation day and so we get the day off but unfortunately I have this stupid IT thing due and so I don't know if i'll have time to go out or just to stay home do IT in front of the olympics.

anyway back to this lesson, we got to really annoy dylan (a year 11) about his uniform and how it was terrible like his top button was undone and so we pestered him until he did it up... his excuse was that it was "choking" him.... he looks perfectly fine to me. me and sean yet again did some good work maybe its because neither of us want to do this tomorrow he's claiming he's done 7 pages but on further investigation all that he's written is only like a page but he's spread it our tons, like i've done 11.

HAPPY 100th BIRTHDAY TO US

HAPPY 100th POST EVERYONE!!!!

wow.... what an honour... to write the 100th post.
we've come a long way since our pilot blog where you first met us, i've been reminiscing on what our early posts were and how much we've changed since then, here are some highlights:
the first comic, and the cruwys stories written by reece... also with 1GomezB and all those different pictures of vodka cruwysers and cruwysmissiles... ahhh good times. so we've finally reached the first really big milestone. I am surprised that it took us so long but here it is number 100. unfortunately it's only dm so only me and sean can celebrate but we have normal later this afternoon where i'm sure we'll have some sort of party.

anyway, as i said earlier we're currently in dm, and for like the first lesson this year we've actually done solid work from beginning to end... it's quite a unique feeling but then i have to write this so i guess it's only sean thats done work from beginning to end. so other than the 100th post excitment nothing else has happened. We marvelled at the new smiths gravy flavoured chips that supposidly hamish and andy thought up, like what is with the hamish and andy craze?? like now they seem to be on like every radio station and tv show, i remember when they were a bit more unknown.... those were good days, especially with hamish on spicks and specks... classic.

anyway i should stop reminiscing. and i have officially ran out of things to say. hmmmm... i still have 7 minutes of class left, must.... think....of.....something....to.....write.....about

i just had a brainstorming session with sean on what i can talk about next and we're both stumpted... its kinda depressing that on the 100th post nothing interesting actually happened, oh well....

WINNERS!?!?!?!

hello all,

it's a new week here at school and we have IT second up. I guess i should start off by sumarising Robocup from last friday. There were a couple of minor hick-ups even before we started well when i say minor... everyone from mackillop forgot to bring their code!! so i was nominated to take up the challenge of re-writing our teams code so unfortunately it wasn't the most flawless code... however by the time i was finished rathesh had succesfully stolen a password and got into the wireless network at the ANU and so they emailed their teams code through, but i thought that my newly written code was probably better than the old code of which i did during last lesson! luckily the other two teams we had to play agaisnt weren't ready so they delayed the start until 12. Up first were some practice matches, and the first match of the day was between the two mackillop teams of which cruwysmissile came through with a win! However it kind of went downhill from there...... and by the end of the day we came stone cold last....

But it wasn't our fault!! To be fair to us the ref was the teacher of the little primary school kids and was ridiculously baist towards them, it could have been due to the fact that mackillop has won the last 8 years and he probably didn't want us to win again and so he was unfair in his judgements of goals etc. even mr cruwys and the ethinicty team agree. however mackillop still rein as champions because rahul's team won and so we must be humble in defeat..... (they must have cheated).

So it was a bit of a depressing day and i doubt we'll live down the fact that we lost to 10 year olds.... depressing.

So today it's back to work with our proposal due on friday and so we have a heap to write for that and not very long and in normal IT we have to start our websites, it's me, chris and sean in a group and we're unsure of what we'll do it on. but anyway i'm going to go now

orals part 2

word up y'all,

i'm currently sitting through rahul's orals on advanced CSS, he's trying to explain relative positioning but making me bored in the process. my random name selector is working brilliantly!! unfortunately blogspot doesn't allow you to upload folders and so i would upload it to a file sharing webpage but their all blocked by the school.... stupid schools blocking useful websites.

ryan's up now, he's talking about image slicing using photoshop and image maps in dreamweaver, he's about 3.5 minutes into his ridiculously small oral time of 5 minutes, like for me i had to explain so much (i was doing submitting forms using javascript) and i only had 5 minutes, like submitting isn't easy for these people and i have to explain it in an easy to understand way... it was so hard to fit it all in.

oh and tomorrow is robocup so the whole cruwysmissile team (except reece) will be away, so you might get a blog but that'd be from reece and will most likely be completely random but we'll be back on monday to tell you how we did and wether we actually were able to beat the primary school kids.

PRIMARY SCHOOL????

hey,

today we only have dm IT, and as usual we did nothing!!! it's robocup on friday and we are disorganised so i've had to code our striker during dm instead, so that should be working now, although i haven't been able to test it which is always REALLY bad because the robots are stupid and need ridiculous amounts of debugging. but we checked how many teams are entering this year and there's only three..... team ethnicity, us (cruwysmissile) and a "holy spirit primary school".... PRIMARY SCHOOL!!!! what??? thats no competition. so now really it's us against ethinicity and we'll probably choke because thats what we always do.....

hello all,

i'm currently in normal IT sitting through some orals, i just had mine on entering data using javascript and i thought it went pretty well, we only got 5 minutes to do it in which was REALLY annoying because i had so much to say and so i went just under a minute over the 5 minutes set so i'll probably lose 2 marks. rory's is up now, he's doing it on CSS menus. i finished my program that randomises peoples names and it is working seamlessly, even though it kinda backfired and chose me first...... oh well i'm glad its out of the way.

not many people turned up to class, because of the maths comp we only have 8 people in class and so we'll most likely go through everyone here this lesson which is really good because it means it shouldn't take us to long.

also i thought i'd might add that we have reached our 1000 visit, even though our counter doesn't measure unique visits but every visit, so someone could just sit there and refresh and pump up the number lots, oh well i think 1000 is way over what we expected to get.
anyway i'd better go

i'm currently in DM IT with the sean waiting for the class to end. today we didn't really do anything , i kinda outlined my database for our major assignment and what i want it to look like and sean just did nothing.... as usual, well really he did do some work but then i told him to put a mountain right in the middle of his map for UT and then he couldn't delete it so he had to close without saving anything and couldn't be bothered to keep going. The orals start today in normal IT coming up in third period but most people won't be there because they've been given a choice between orals and maths comp and most have gone with maths.... nerds. and then its the awards ceremony 4th and the leader of the liberal party in canberra is coming in to try to win some votes from the year 12's.... YAY!!!! anyway the bell went like five minutes ago so bye!!!

5 days.......

hello all,

we're in normal IT today after a long week that's just gone. So i think i'll sumarise the last week. On Wednesday through to Friday we were on our year 12 'retreat' or camp and so we couldn't use a computer for 3 whole days!!!! i felt so uninformed of all the IT happenings on the internet, my google reader was up to 200 unread items... however retreat was good, we had lots of fun... although we didn't really do anything, but it was nice to spend time with friends except from at every meeting they said "this is the beginning of the end for you all" as if we hadn't realised, its really annoying because i don't want to be constantly reminded that school is almost over. We really didn't get much sleep as well and on saturday it was chris's 18th and so we got even less sleep and you should all wish chris happy birthday......

i have to start a new paragraph because earlier chris was complaining that my blogs are too hard to read because they're all one big chunk of writing and that i need to split it up more, so this is for you chris...










and then on sunday a (3/4 (me the responsible driver)) hung-over team cruwyzilla all went into school to code our robots for robocup, they've completely changed the board this year which is REALLY annoying, because it means we can't just use the same code as last year, they're making us actually do work.... damn robocup officials. so we had to spend all sunday writing our code and we still haven't finished although we do have a pretty sweet goalie.

anyway back to this lesson, we have our orals this week and cruwys being his sad self decided to create a program that randomly selects a student to do their oral, he decided he was WAY to cool for a plain old hat. so he built this pretty cool project but it wasn't up to my standards and so i've been beefing it up lots; like it now reads the list of names from a text file and then saves who has already been chosen once you close the program, and to kind of select random people whilst "deciding" (even though it already has) so that it builds suspense, it's pretty cool. and chris is looking on, which is kinda stupid considering our orals are due TODAY, and he hasn't even started... poor chris, i hope he gets chosen first.... maybe i'll rig the program??? anyway i'd better be going, i have to polish my program and i'll see if i can upload .exe's onto here... if i can then i'll put it up

The Replacment

I have to do the requirement of an update in IT for peter is not currently here, he was earlier today but now he's gone on his driving test, soon to have his lisence, we should all stay indoors if he passes.
Its last period so the usual nothing has happened, most people have finished their assingments, all i have left to do is put together my Powerpoint, instead of doing It work I've been looking at unrealEd tutorials to learn what i need to do for my DM it assingment. Ryan has been looking at pictures of rollercoasters that are massive and then for some reason showed it to Mr. Cruwys, which was silly because he just told him to close it down and get back to work. So what did he do, showed Mr. Cruwys another video, silly ryanface.
The room is so much more silent without peter in here, and in sure th ethnical team feels happyer about it.
I've taken claim of peters computer while he was away, it actually has a good keyboard, its been switched enough times, and its finally good, peter changes it every lesson.
Our DM it class today was interupted for an hour because of the pathways lessons, todays was fairly bad more speakers who read off cards and were terrible public speakers.
Cruwys gave me a copy of Unreal Tournament on a copied CD witha crack so now i can play on all the computers and Rick has set it up in the DM classroom so that only i can access the required files. HOORAY.
well this will be the last entry into the blog until next week (unless someone decides to write something over the weekend) because tomorrow we are heading off to retreat. 6 hour bus trips, who doesn't love it.

it always seems that i have to be the one to explain the really random posts that my fellow students post, like the one reece just posted about FTP, so here is the explanation: As you are aware chris has to teach the class FTP for his assignment and reece had no idea what it was so he decided that instead of it meaning File Transfer Protocol it actually meant Fight The Power and For The People, so he is now recruiting for his army "FTP", why he thought that the best way to advertise was here i have no idea but maybe it'll work and he can rise up agaisnt the.... actually what is he fighting against?? oh well.
its normal IT now but todays biggest gain this lesson was that i was able to get XAMPP to work for my DM assignment, all it really does is help me create a database using mySQL and PHP but i have a long way to go before i can actually use it because i have to write a proposal and lots of Entity-Relationship Models (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entity-relationship_model) and mr cruwys gave us an example of a proposal that was like 20 pages long.... so thats going to take me ages to write, so really i probably have a week or so until i actually think about coding. We also set a date for making our robot for robocup this year and chris looked up batman stuff... he also had to send his watch back to japan to get it fixed so we aren't able to mock his nerdyiness just yet, but the time will come soon......... oh and i was just typing sean submitted something else random but i haven't seen it so i can't explain it, oh well maybe next lesson i might...

When I got home I was like, ZOMG, I should check my yearbooks for 1GomezB. But, there isn't been a B. Gomez in Year 11 in any of my yearbooks. My earliest is 2003, so maybe somebody else has some older ones? Just look in the Year 11 section for a B. Gomez.

During my search though, I thought maybe 1GomezB is from this year... So I looked in the Year 10 section of the 2007 yearbook and found a Gomez! Except it's not 1GomezB, because their name started with J, not B. At least it's something, though.

The mysterious mystery remains unsolved. For now.

its the second day back and we've got two blogs, this being the second. Since i last spoke i've had maths and assembly and now i'm currently in normal IT. Today's lesson featured me finishing the assignment mr cruwys handed out yesterday, like really... does he try to set really really easy assignments, like all i had to do was create a page that was able to input data using javascript. like a year 8 could do it... all you have to do is google it and your finished, however not everyone is doing java, some are doing FTP, iFrames (yes apple invested in html) and other various webpage things. Chris landed up with FTP which is probably the most unknown topic in the class out of all the topics so it's probably the hardest/most interesting one to do but i must admit i'm not complaining.... i now have two weeks off, i guess i'll do my DM.

Robocup was brought up today as well with mr cruwys wanting to know who's putting forward a team, faithfully me, chris, sean and ryan are representing cruwysmissile whilst the only other team is team ethnicity; rathesh, rahul and justin. Hopefully we'll win again this year and get to have another week off school.

Before i go on, the pictures that chris submitted today might be a little confusing so i'll just clarify the joke. At school our profiles often screw up and so presently we have a few more rights than usual which isn't too bad but when you go to your start menu and click my documents it comes up with the error that it can't access 1GomezB's files, now everytime the profiles screws up it always wants to connect to 1GomezB and so he's become pretty famous for us nerds, like if you didn't do IT you probably wouldn't notice because n00bs never really pay attention to their screen... their always to busy looking at their keyboards not being able to touch type and all. anyway back to the story, even though mr Gomez is so famous... no one actually knows whom he is, we've done multiple google searches for him and the 1 in front of Gomez represents he's in year 11, so we tried all our secret ways to try to find out who he is but we just can't find him. So that's why we put up the poster, we're going to try to get it set as our default wallpaper, you know to raise awareness of this evidently missing person. maybe we should contact the police, set out a search party or something. anyway i've had enough ranting for one day...

best semester ever!

its our first dm lesson of the year and it is the beginning of the best semester of IT ever!! the task until the 3rd of november is.... whatever i feel like!!! so pretty much mr cruwys each year gets lazy and so allows the dm students to do whatever we like for an assignment as long as it has something vaguely to do with computers. Sean decided he's going to create a map for UT (thats unreal tournament) and I'm going to recreate "mole" a really big database that the school uses to store student info, timetables etc. and so i have to learn microsoft SQL server 2005. But of course using all these new programs that the school doesn't have always causes an issue and so the next few lessons i predict we will be sitting around waiting for our programs to be installed, what a shame. anyway the bell just went, even though they're stuffing up today, like at 9:30, they went off like 5 times in a row which was really annoying but it looks like it got fixed and so i have to go to specialist maths. anyway i'm going now

WE'RE BACK!!!! and better than ever. Term 3 has started (unfortunatly) and IT is our very first class of the term, and already mr cruwys has handed out an assignment... how depressing. we haven't really done much this lesson except from trying to get out of work, we've been looking at the iphone and it's plans (which came out on my birthday) and i'm trying to convince chris to buy one although the only company with good plans is optus, like have you seen telstra's?? they're ridiculous... stupid telstra, trying to steal our money. anyway we get to go now.

IT tests

hello everyone,

i'm sitting here in the library writing this blog, most likely our last blog of the term, waiting for my IT exam that starts soon. Yes, today is judgement day, after 4 long days of exams the two big ones are finally here; first up is normal IT where we're not quite sure what we'll be tested on, well even if we did i doubt anyone would have revised, but like what kind of theory test can you do on dreamweaver??? it writes the code for you... unless its like a graphic design assignment, like draw the prettiest picture!?!? however it could be on the HTML we did earlier in the term but we only did 2 weeks on that, so its all very dark here. After that it's DM IT which i reckon is going to be kinda hard because we'll probably have to code java freehand and i don't think i can memorize how to make JPanels and stuff. but mr cruwys test are always the same, so they go like this..... 10 true/false questions, then theres about 8 find the code error questions or debug questions, then you need to label a screen shot or something like that and then you must write code to accomplish something, how he'll do that for dreamweaver i'm not sure. And thats his test, they're nice and short which is good too so it hopefully will be easy... i mean.... ummm... challenging. anyway the new pyro updates came out for TF2 which is like the best even though i never play pyro but it just means for the next 2 weeks everyone will, but theres two new maps too!! so you should all go out and buy it, then install it, then play it, then live it. so there most likely will not be a blog for the next 4 weeks, if you can survive for that long, i know a 4 week holiday.... thats so good!!!

exam week

hello all,

you may be wondering why there hasn't been a post for so long it's because last week has been so frantic that i honestly have not found the time!!! so i'm having to do this out of class just for you....
this week is exam week, where we do nothing all day except from exams and whenever we don't have exams we just chill, and go to tuggers, it's like the best week of the year execpt from the exam part. today i had my specialist maths exam and RE exam, the first being really hard and the latter being REALLY boring. both ITs aren't until friday and I don't have an IT lesson until then so it is unknown whether i can be bothered to write these out of class. the reason last week was so busy was because both our IT assignments were due last friday, luckily mr cruwys doesn't have much of a life and has marked them all already, with the highest being 70/80 and i suprisingly was only 3 marks of the pace, i thought i was going to fail for sure, putting me 4th in the spreadsheet. Unfortunately mr cruwys has enough of a life not to have marked my dm IT assignment so I don't know what i got however I think its one THE best assignments i've done since the minesweeper assignment in year 11, i was pretty chuffed by it - chuffed? why doesn't anyone use chuffed anymore?? - anyway so hopefully i'll do insanely well and i'll see if i can somehow embed it here as well as some screenshots of our websites... so WATCH THIS SPACE!!! so it's the english exam tomorrow which i'm really not looking forward to because it's like a 2 hour exam to write an essay which is always boring and kinda hard work, but at least i don't need to study for it. oh and we also the methods group-task back and Chris used his special awesome maths power to get full marks!!! so well done chris and hopefully i'll beat you on the exam :)

ups and downs

hello everyone,

today has been a day full of ups and downs.... first of all the new 3G iphone came out!!! at the WWDC apple released that not only is the iphone going 3G but that it's coming out in australia on july 11th!! so there's one month to go.... check it out at www.apple.com.au/iphone. however unfortunately one of the girls at our school had a terrible accident with 11 of her friends and she lost her life, so our days been a bit random with us having 1st period off and our class then was moved to third where assembly was meant to be, this means we have dm IT now not first, if you want to read the full story of the accident then it can be found here: http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,23837879-2,00.html
today in class we had huge amounts of visitors because the library was closed and so it was yet again loud.... sean did his english story that is due today along with rory and matt did his website for normal IT. hello all,

today we only have dm It and it's the last lesson of the day and as always we try to do as little work as possible, so we watched some of our favourite moments of the bourne identity, one of the best trilogys ever! anyway the best bit is when the assasin comes for him in the house and bourne completely owns him but then as the assasin's on the floor bourne gets distracted so the assasin just randomly gets up and runs straight out the window and falls off the balcony, its such a funny moment just watching him fall over the railing, classic. other than that not much has happened because it's last period and we don't want to do work today. our exam timetables came out today and i found out that both of my IT exams are both on the same day and on the last day of exams, kind of depressing. ooo.. BREAKING NEWS.... mr cruwys just said "bake a report", like how much time does it take to bake a report?? what are the ingredients?? he says it takes 2 hours in the oven. wouldn't the paper catch on fire?? oh well i'd better try.
anyway tommorrow is "mufti" day, really it's non-uniform day but this year they called it mufti day... what a stupid way to describe it, like google defines mufti as: "an expert in the Shari'ah who gives legal judgments called fatwas. Usually one mufti in a given geographic area is called the Grand Mufti." whats that got to do with no uniform??? why do they have to over complicate everything?? JUST CALL IT NON-UNIFORM DAY.... grrr

hello everyone,

i thought i'd do this in the kinda half way mark of the lesson to a) break it up and b) not to leave it to the last minute. Today we have both dm IT and normal IT, and i'm currently in dm IT during the double lesson, unfortunately with about 20 other people. i know our class has been invaded by others. it's so depressing and loud... and very annoying, like i want some nice peace and quite where i can do work without being interrupted all the time and i can easily think but no during our last double of the term i have to put up with annoying year 10's, i even had to move computers because my feet kept hitting the person opposites which is really annoying. ryan and rahul where here again and with sean they all did their websites whilst i attempted to incorporate my poker code into my GUI code, the assignment is close to being finished which is good because it means i can focus on my normal IT assingment that i'm not looking forward to doing because there is still so much to do. top gear season 10 was on last night with the first one being about finding the perfect driving road, next weeks one is so good, they try to build amphibious cars again and go where no car has gone before... this season is going to be good! anyway i'm going to get back to work, if i can with all the noise...

Lana v Peter : Requiem

hello all,

i finally started writing this before one minute to go, i currently have 21 minutes so i should have enough time for a good old post.
another dm IT lesson today and lana finally joined us today!!! what a thrilling event, however all she did was sit on a computer doing history and listening to music.... how boring. mr cruwys used the term "bad boy" again and sean surfed digg.com for really random stuff. i just thought i might bring this up but.... the one thing wrong with this blog is that we've signed mr cruwys up for our email notification of when we post a blog, so as soon as i press the "publish post" button he gets an email and then immediately knows what we've been doing all lesson. so now once i've posted this he'll know that sean has really been doing nothing all lesson and that i've been posting blogs, and so unfortunately we can't tell you everything we do all lesson because some of it we don't really want him to know about.
we also found out that it was mr cruwys' birthday last thursday!!! he never told us about but we dug deep and found out, so you should all wish him happy birthday, i can't believe he didn't tell us. how depressing.
anyway i just told lana to write the rest....
Well first of all I'd to thank Petey and Sean for inviting me to there wonderful double major IT class room, i have to say its a pleasure to be here. Secondly i'd add i still consider AVPR (Alien vs Predator Requeim) is the worst movie to come out last summer. Also this weekend at Target, 15% storewide including a variety of extra discounts. Another issue of my concern is LG mobile phones, terrible. I have to say after purchasing my LG mobile phone, it screwed up after 5 months of use, i got it sent away for 2 weeks to get fixed and another 5 months after that it screwed up again. Do not buy an LG mobile phone. A day to look forward to this year is June 30, and for all you people that have a job out there. you know what that means. TAX RETURN. yep you get your money back, thats if you made less than $10,000. I also dislike wii, it is not fun and a waste of money. Yay! its the weekend tomorow, should be swell like a beach. today we only had dm IT with the cruwys which is rather depressing. sean did his website all lesson whilst i searched the internet to find stupid code for an input box in html, so where else to go than to google's website itself and try to interpret it's code for it's search box, it's some pretty cool code. so really it's been all work this lesson again, one thing that i must complain about this lesson is mr cruwys using the term "look at this bad boy" when referring to an iFrame within dreamweaver, it was both really wierd and nerdy at the same time. anyway I HAVE NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT, it's like i'm going crazy... school is so boring. anyway there goes the bell i should really do these earlier so i'm not constantly interrupted...

today more work was done and we were given out our design documents of which i came third in by a mark but then it's only worth 12% of the mark. Josh looked up sword things and found out that in japan (of course) they have a sword that is 3 metres long, imagine having that on TF2... would you spin round in circles or just try to jab people? other than that not much has happened, assembly was boring again (we had it in the double) and yet again everything IT broke during it. anyway that was the bell so i'd better go before mr cruwys comes over here to kick me off

today we have two classes of IT, and we have dm IT first, i wonder if you've memorized our timetable yet and wether we have one or two IT class each day. we decided to do no dm IT work today but to work on our normal IT webpages because it's easier to ask mr cruwys questions about it without hundreds of other people in the room, so yet again ryan joined us to work on his webpage and lana didn't turn up either.... yet again it's been a lesson of which nothing has happened in... and i don't think i have anything i can complain about so this could be a boring blog. let me just think of something to talk about.......... nope... nothing. oh well this post is going to be short. was this even worth reading?

another blog, another week.

with only 3 weeks until exam week the term is starting to feel like its ending, due dates are closing in and soon the library will be filled every study with people doing last minute work. i know it feels like the term has only just started but this is the start of week 5. today in pc (thats pastoral class where they say the messages and mark the roll etc.) we had to fill out our little spiel for the year book, so this is where you write like what you want to do after school, what mackillop's done for you and what your dreams and hopes are, i wrote under dreams"to become the number one team fortress 2 player in the world" but i don't know wether they'll except it. it's monday morning's first class and it is yet again boring with nothing happening except work and catching up on who won eurovision, what a great competition... they never have any dignity those europeans, like the winners, russia, had a professional ice skater and a violinist in their act, and then theres the firework during the acts the only problem being... they're inside!?! doesn't something ever catch on fire?? crazy. anyway thats not IT, so moving on. ummm... yeah i have nothing else to talk about so..... i'm going now :)

hello all,

wow... what a rant that last post was... i'm pretty proud of that post. now we have normal IT and all is quite in the IT class with lots of work being done, seans computer broke again and so he had to switch and is really far away now, me and chris have been working on drop-down menu's all lesson... if any of you know how to do some funky ones then you should tell us... other than that nothing's really happened. Reece turned up to class in a really loud mood but has calmed down after showing off his much anticipated media assignment. i'm sorry but i don't think that there's much for me to talk about considering the subdued mood of the class. and i don't have anything more to rant about so as the school week comes to a close in 1 hour people are tired and ready for the weekend. oh and another reason why i think that this class is subdued is because i'm listening to really depressing music so that could probably be a big factor. wait. i thought about something to say after all that rambling! in our double dm maths lesson today we had a maths off for maths day, a concept that ex-mackillop people might know otherwise you probably wouldn't have heard of it. so we split into two teams with one team having the top 5 students and the other having the second half (me being in the second half) and we had really nerdy maths questions to answer. it was pretty fun and the dumb people won!!! yay for dumb people. anyway thats enough rambling for one day

word up y'all

today we have two IT lessons, the first one being dm IT and so here's my blog. today we had a discussion with mr cruwys about being poked in the eye, i know a typical IT conversation.... the story goes like this: alexi (a year 11 in our class) solved a problem with his minesweeper and me and sean didn't think it was all that impressive, but mr cruwys said "it's better than a poke in the eye". i argued with this saying that if you were poked by some one famous... say the queen... then you could say to all your friends... "hey look i've been poked by the queen", or even better you could sue her and earn millions and then become the new queen of england. so we suggested to mr cruwys that he undertakes this valiant task and become the new queen!!!! mr cruwys also bragged about his new 40 inch new HD TV and i said that it would be great if... a) he actually watched TV and b) he had a social life and could watch it with friends.... he argued that it made GT5 look so much better... i rebutted saying that it he played ON HIS OWN.... he rambled on about me not being able to watch house in HD and how he'll now only watch HD programs like mornings with kerrie anne... his favourite but it became boring so i just switch off... i think i won.... also lana promised she'd turn up to class to say hello but she never came... her excuse was "AST practice" pffff what nerve....
anyway i'd better go the bells going about.... now

today we only have normal IT :( but we're making the most of it, with sean, reece and josh looking up pokémon?? i was really confused as to why they were doing it but some of the name's/creatures are really far-fetched... like really lame. i'm sure they're going to progress to emomon one day, and what a day that'll be! other than that it's been all work, with mr cruwys at one stage this lesson actually putting his feet up on the desk looking bored. sean finally started his IT assignment after it being handed out 2 weeks ago, oh and sorry for not posting yesterday in dm IT, what happened was that we had a deal with mr cruwys and us that for 2/3's of the lesson we'd do "work" and then the next 1/3 we can do nothing, so i thought i'd post during the last 1/3 but then i realised i could watch top gear instead and so i forgot to post. but it was a good top gear episode... season 10 is looking so good so you'd better all be looking forward to it... watch out for when they go to africa, its so funny!

THE POLL IS OVER!!! and the results are in!!! isn't this exciting??? if you can't remember what the poll is/for then i'll briefly explain it; one day in class mr cruwys and sean were discussing their favourite gladiator, the topic got around to mr cruwys competing in the show (not suprisingly) and so soon enough we set up a poll asking our faithful readers about wether a) he should enter and b) what his name should be if he does enter. after 14 grueling days of voting we have a winner.... coming in last place; "he shouldn't enter" that's right, no-one voted for mr cruwys to enter.. yet again he's doomed. second last with 4% of the votes was "spidermus prime", this name came from the cruwys' life story.. if you haven't read it then it's under the blog "How The Legend Began", the bronze medal was "the nerdinator" cruwy's very own suggestion, silver went to "the immobilizer" and the beautiful gold medal went to..... "cruwyszilla"!!!! congratulations cruwyszilla. thanks all for your voting, we got a total of 21 votes in the end which was good and it gave us good fun watching mr cruwy's fate coming. anyway today we had our double double major lesson, where much work was done. our java game is due in 3 weeks time and they're coming along nicely and yet again ryan joined us doing his normal IT... really he should have done DM IT the amount of time he spends in here. and yet again it was a very uneventful day but hopefully they'll start becoming more interesting for you... generally we have a ratio of work days to do nothing days of 1:3 so we're way overdue on a do nothing day... but tommorrow we have this last so i doubt we'll do much because who wants to work last lesson?? anyway i'm going to go

see i told you i'd do two

todays normal IT was rather boring, except from the a hour and a half of "researching" for team fortress 2, i can't wait for the assignment when we do whatever we like... heh heh. everyone has their ideas for websites finialised and clearly mine sounds the most interesting, however sean is now doing his on the much anticipated starcraft 2, we'll wait and see what dirt he can dig up. Other than that chris as usual has been finding things to do that never involve work, right now he's looking up scrubs on wikipedia but he was previously looking at the nexgenwars.com; of which you should check out, where each console is fighting for the most amount of sales, the wii is currently winning. we all had a discussion about blu-ray and the future of gaming, like how long it takes for them to catch on and whether the ps3 is beating the xbox because of it's blu ray reader, the resuly was that it wasn't. oh and on our year 12 song issue chris agrees with me on the mario theme song idea... i told you it was a good idea... but other than that it's only been work...
anyway i'm going, there's only 3 minutes to the bell and this afternoon i have RE then maths *groan*

hello all,

sorry it's been so long since i last posted, i've suprisingly been doing quite a bit of work in my IT classes so that i can get these assignments finished and then i can do nothing for the rest of the term... genius!!! but i promise that i'll do two today for this class and the normal IT class thats on during our double, thats 2 and a half hours of IT in one day!!! mr cruwys decided to change the wallpaper today, it is so lame now i'll add a screen shot of our desktop and then you can all see the pain we go through! There is big drama going around year 12 today as well for we need to decide upon what our year 12 song should be, the nominees are lame but my idea was the best.... the mario theme song?? eh... doesn't that song like the best idea ever?? not many agree with me. Other than that it's been a busy lesson with alot of *productive* work being done and the bell just went so i've gtg to specialist maths.

wow, what a hip start, this blog can't be bad. anyway today we had our normal IT lesson and we were given out our next assignment, the lesson i must admit was very boring with mr cruwys showing us how to do css stuff on dreamweaver. and so now the next assignment begins... with one month to go people are trying to figure out what they want to do their's on, i am doing team fortress 2 - the best game ever made. chris is still deciding but is leaning towards a ms paint tutorial and sean towards COD4. but the next few lessons will be boring because it's going to be all work and no play

information night

Wow... blogging from an information night.... this had better be quick!!!

so it's been an interesting night of fun with the cruwys, we've had many visitors come to look at our robot, with many being amazed at how it follows the ball and even one person said "cute!!" what??? cute??? were they talking about the robot or chris?
if you weren't here then you missed the cruwyszilla vs the robot battle!!!! well.... soccer match, where cruwys easily dispatched the robot in a one on one, if only he had lost... so yet again it was another gladiator type moment.... other than that not much really happened at our little table, i also visited the maths department which i'm afraid to report wasn't doing so well, mr klekner was looking very depressed... maybe they need great students like me to help them out? but anyway i'd better go

Sup n00bs,

We didn’t get access to the PC’s in IT today, so Peter was unable to write the blog… So he handed over the privilege to me, as long as the blog post doesn’t have dinosaurs, and isn’t too funny. Which will be hard for me. Especially the dinosaur part.

So today everyone smashed their robots, except for us, since we are going to the Year 7 2009 Information Night to show off our IT skills. Which basically just means that we have to sit around and make our robot do cool stuff. We spent the lesson sorting out the Lego kits, which was boring. And we have to do it again tomorrow… Good news is, we get our next assignment on Monday, at least I think it’s good news.

That’s all for now… It’s possible that there will be another update tonight, from the Information Night.

yay the IT assignment is over!!!! so for our dm lesson today we decided to do nothing!!! mr cruwys didn't sound so keen on the idea so we yet again had to go undercover... so instead of doing work we googled all the simpsons songs - trust me there are alot - and we reminisced all those goldern times!! like Dr zaius and the monorail song and especially the see my vest!!! ahhh... classics.

other than that as i said before we sat around and relaxed mainly because we'd done alot of work in the last few days and secondly because it was the last period of the day and who wants to do work then???

we had another dm IT lesson today, just today's was a double!!! yay an hour an a half of IT. Today we continued on with our HTML and Rahul and Justin joined us for our assignment that is due today.... Some of them are starting to look pretty good. We did some research on how we can enter mr cruwys to the gladiators and i'm not sure wether the poll actually works. other than that we only did work and the bell just went so unfortunately i don't have much time left. i also made the best joke that at lunch mr cruwys can have a byte... or megabyte!!!

today we only have our dm IT class, and once again we're not doing this class. Tommorrow our normal IT website is due and as usual no one is finished so its up to last minute work!!! Ryan yet again joined us... i don't understand why he doesn't take dm IT... and sean tried to find the best background for his website. Sean and Mr Cruwys discussed Gladiators and we all suggested that Mr Cruwys enters as "the immobilizer", don't you reckon he'd win??? especially with all that buffness that he has! you should vote for your favourite name down the side, it closes in two weeks!!! he firmly opposed the idea. the year 12's got their year 12 jumpers today, the names on the back of them are like the biggest names ever, so unfortunately i can't go robbing a store with it on otherwise they might find out my name... unless i switch with someone else???? otherthan that they're nice and warm but like suspiciously like last years. anyway 'd better go...

Hello everyone,

welcome to yet another dm IT lesson, we got our dm spreadsheet today and i had to admit defeat to sean taking over the number one spot on the sheet, how i don't know for i beat him by 15 marks in a 20% assignment and he beat me by 2 in a 30% assignment and he's winning??? doesn't make sense... however that was the only dm work we did, ryan joined us today and we all tried to do some of our websites that are coming along nicely. Whats good this term is that the asssignment, yes is kinda hard, but we have ages to do it so it means we don't need to do it each lesson... useful. Mr Cruwys finally fully finished gran turismo by buying all the cars so he's doomed to only planning on the internet against other nerds. its has been rather quite this term so far with pretty much nothing interesting happening so i'm sorry for the kinda lame blogs but don't blame me.... blame the class

hello everyone,

its time for another IT lesson!! we got our dm It class marks back and sean won the mahor project!! (by two marks), it's the first time that he's beaten me, i think, and so it was a cause for celebration!! however this is normal IT and so it's been html all lesson. Chris has yet again been showing us up with this web design skills with his very impressive website and we learned today of rahul's newish job.... at a pharmacy............. *hint hint*
but other than that today's lesson has been rather quiet maybe its due to reece's absent but hopefully he's got his cruwy's of the week quote.

We're back!!

hello all,

we're back after our short two week holidays, i might have forgotten to tell you all that we are on holidays so thats why there hasn't been any posts for 2 weeks except from the cruwys of the week segment with reece working overtime. so schools back and luckily our first class of the term is IT normal where not much work is required so we can easily slide back into the routine of school. we got our marks back today and most people kept quite about it, it could be a sign that everyone failed, i would tell you my mark but then you'd all be jealous :D
mr cruwys is still yet to complete gran turismo 5 prologue yet again confirming that he is not a true fan of the game otherwise he would of played it non-stop until it was completed, like he's had two weeks to complete it and he still hasn't!!! staying on games for a moment; the new update for team fortress 2 comes out this week with a new map, 32 new medic achievements and 3 new unlockable weapons!! so if you don't own it yet then GO BUY IT and win at life!!
anyway i better go, mr cruwys just released the spreadsheet!!!

hello all,

today is the battle of all the robots made previously this year. it's currently just the beginning of the class but we'll bring you exclusive live scores for you all to enjoy...

The teams are Rahul, Rathesh and justin - team ethnicity (they chose that not me :))
Nathan, Michael and John - team gibbo
Reece, Rory and Josh - team hazard agents
Ryan, Josh and Matt - team tribal wars
Chris, Peter and Sean - Team Laser Explosion X Delta Zero

First up is Ethnicity vs Gibbo -- due to battery issues it is rescheduled
Tribal Wars vs Hazard agents -- 0 - 3 -- in a very slow game with neither team looking very convincing the hazard agents manage to pull through and secure the points
Ethnicity vs Gibbo (take 2) -- 2 - 1 -- another slow game with Gibbo's team never doing anything and Ethnicity scoring an own goal, so ethnicity take the win
Team Laser Explosion vs Hazard agents -- 2 -1 with me scoring an own goal *shame* and chris replying with the quickest goal yet and then hazard agents scoring an own goal too
Ethnicity vs Tribal Wars -- 2 - 1 Ethnicity secure another easy win with Tribal Wars sneaking in a goal in the last seconds
Team Laser Explosion vs Ethnicity -- 1 - 2 with Team laser Explosion taking the early lead with an excelent own goal and then Ethnicity making a good reply. and unfortunately we need to conceed defeat... to the ethnics???
Team Laser Explosion vs Tribal Wars -- 0 - 3 early on and then chris went down followed closely by sean's and the bell is sounded ending the games

so at the end of the day the winners are:

Ethnicity with 3 out of 3 wins.. congratulations

another assignment....

hello all,

yet again we hand in an assignment one lesson he immediately hands out another one... however at least this one is on a completly different topic. we now have to complete a html webpage on 3 topics; OH&S *yawn*, the history of the internet and effective website principles... sounds thrilling eh? hopefully we'll post the best one up so you can all see mine... i mean the best one. the really sad thing about this assignment is that it's very close to the assignment he handed out in year 10, and even scarier is that rahul still has it on his USB!! like i have it at home but not on my USB. but not much else has happened today except from me, sean and chris looking up funny t-shirts that only nerds would understand. Reece has his quote of the week coming up soon so we can all look forward to that but that is all from me today...
